Understanding your child’s diagnosis and digesting the vast amount of information that is available can be a frightening and isolating experience.

Thanks to our Parent-to-Parent Emotional Support Service, parents and carers of autistic children and adults now have somewhere they can turn to – the listening ear of someone who truly understands. Last year alone we saw a 54% increase in demand for this service – it is needed more than ever.

This service is run by trained volunteers who themselves are the parent or carer of an autistic person. Your gift could provide an hour of someone’s time, to listen to a struggling parent in desperate need of a safe space to talk.
